CEO Chris testified yesterday. He basically did the same amount of snitching as Tekashi.

He met Nuke in 2015 and sold him MDMA. Eventually he was selling all of them heroin and fentanyl. In 2013 he was arrested for trying to rob a Fedex truck with a toy gun. He got out in 2014. He claims to have been a crip, then Latin King, and then a blood. Mel blooded him in as long as he was bringing in money. He mentioned Nuke and Mel having beef cause Mel told one of the godfather's in prison to suck his dikk. One of Nuke's homies shot Mel.

Damn they have another case together? CEO Kris testified that Bat told him "he had to do it" (referring to Bat shooting Snow in the head). Apparently Bat had a recording of Snow planning to kill CEO Kris and Mel. He planned on having some nikkas dress up as police officers to get next to them.

This CEO Kris guy is a real piece of work. Dude was getting paid by a Sergeant to set nikkas up. nikka recorded a facetime convo with Ro asking him if he wants drugs. shyt is damn near bordelining entrapment. Yeah I know entrapment is difficult to prove but this is some real nasty shyt.

I would have to hear the recording before I believed the reasoning behind trying to kill Snow, if i'm presenting my reasoning as to why we tried to kill someone I would always present it like they was going to kill me so self defence. They shot him on his birthday so when CEO Kris says he was with him earlier it was directly before the shooting more or less, from what i understand when they left the bar he got shoot outside his house a short while afterwards.
After Bat shoots him he why does he goe directly to Kris and to tell him? Why not Mel Murda if he's the big homie and the target? I wouldnt be suprised if Bats a cw as well they have him on 2 seperate cases and also confessing to attempted murder to their cw, and how does he have recordings of Snow what kind of gang member goes around recording stuff like that.
