6'8" and only 210 lbs. (skinny) how do I bulk up?

Do I basically have to force feed myself at all times? This is getting ridiculous I'm stuck at the same weight.

before even thinking about the food part...do you lift?

and if you dont, start now. Pick up a routine in the resource(ideally a strength routine if you dont have experience)

I don't lift at all

I mean I tried for a couple weeks and saw a lil gain but damn everyone doing squats, dead lifts, shyt like that. I got no leg strength (chicken legs) so I can't do that sh1t

ALL lifting, not just leg lifting relies on steady progression

you start low and work your way up

even for someone as tall as you, its necessary. If you want to maximize your muscle gains and improve your appearance you should work legs. even if its ONLY squats

Is it too late?

everybody gains weight as they get older, u should just start working out slow and get comfortable then start hitting the weights and maybe use some weight gainer if u want

you are tall you were built to do deadlifts and squats. do those 2 things and continue force feeding yourself and you will gain.

as a 6'8 nikka do NOT do anything @MMSex tells you to do..

he was singlehandedly responsible for me losing all my knee function 2 summers ago..

all you need to dob is just start dooing some bodyweight shyt....fukk lifting b...shyts for suckers
