fukk the emphasis on "by black men." As another poster said, much like crime, this is a matter of circumstance. Most black children are in the presence of other black people so it is not a shock that abuse, if it happens, is going to be probably at the hands of another black person.

Now, I can say, almost every single woman I've dated and/or had intimate relations with have confided to me that they were abused in some way sexually - on a spectrum from violent rape to blatant inappropriate touching.
It is a troubling thing that has less to do with "race" and more to do with child rearing not focused on embracing the communication of children.
