Oh, and here is one major thing that really bugs the shyt out of me. I left this out of my eariler list of criticisms
Its the fukking cost. Holy shyt. I don't know what the average Crossfit box costs, but I know that my coworkers who did it were paying $200 per month for this shyt with a limit for how many times they could attend
