Yeah the times they have used it on NXT TV it was nothing like that Shayna vs Ronda MMA Rules debacle. It's a ring with no ropes, usually with people surrounding the ring. The only rules are you win by tap out or TKO. They love to leave the confines of the ring too, especially since there are no ropes. It's been some of the best parts of NXT since they added it a while back.
