I disagree. Logan Paul does have ring IQ and experience despite not having any serious Ws under his belt.
From a physicality standpoint it'll be competitive. Not from a skill one.

Logan and KSI were the same weight. People are underestimating how big of a difference weight and overall youth can make. For example, his punch-resistant should be beneficial to him since he's substantially larger.
From a skill standpoint there's no question. Floyd reigns supreme but from a physicality standpoint, Logan does have advantages that can play a difference.
I expect Floyd to win but, Logan's size advantage will keep him somewhat in the game. That's all I'm saying
