Floyd could have knocked him out but he played it safe like always. His speed definitely aint what it used to be. He tried to throw a few haymakers that logan was able to doge. So in order to really hurt logan he would have had to let his hands go and open himself up to a big counter. The risk of getting hit from a big counter and still not getting a knock out would have been more embarrassing to Floyd than playing it safe and letting it go 8 rounds.
