Most likely Stone Pitbull Ishii will be on the card if he wins his qualifying matches in Japan. Plus Ospreay on the card, and most likely Jay White will be in a match.

That's the point. Apparently most wrestling fans still don't know what a NJPW is as well. Hence why the Forbidden Door storyline is just a mess right now due to injuries, most of the wrestlers being westerners and booking issues. At least with DDT it can be fresh and let the crowd get into both promotions. Hell when DDT did that America show, it was well received.

Imagine The Dark Order fighting over the Ironheavymetal belt during the show while fukkery is going on in the ring. It would be some good shyt, instead of a financial and frustrating pit of egos and Ls like this event is doing so far.

Moxley/Sasaki would be a draw breh. With the right storylines and ideals, that shyt would be a go but what can ya do

To be fair, it was all because of ROH. ROH helped put NJPW on the match outside of the gifs and etc. I remember knowing this co worker who wore a Bullet Club shirt because of ROH, not because of NJPW. Hell I even asked him "NJPW right" He thought I told him to fukk off and he was like..."oh yeah!?!"

My thing is that the event on both sides just looks like a mess because of ego, money, booking nonsense and etc.

Like I said, if it's flames its flames, but so far it looks like a broken foundation in dire need of more time and planning

Are you fukking kidding? If this show was solely in New Japan's hands we would get 5 six man tags (two of them with just NJ talent) a couple of tag matches and MAYBE White vs Page (or Cole) for the IWGP belt, that would've been it.
