Jermall needs to get with Derrick James ... he's maxed out his potential with Ronnie Shields. The punch placement is an issue and the way he throwing his shots makes him inaccurate. He has to fix his punch mechanics and Ronnie can't do it for him. For him to be that strong and tagging someone with those hard of punches and not put them down by now is crazy.

It wasn't the easiest fight because Jacobs was with a different promoter and had a network deal
