Owens doesn't need the case as much as Corbin though. None of them did. Everyone else in that match can easily be put into the main event because of how good they are or because they've done it already. Corbin doesn't have that cred yet (beating Zayn will only give you so much EXP, after all).

The crying from Enzo was likely legit since they came up together and knew it would be their last time out. Regardless it was a good shot for the cameras.
As much hate as Cass gets, gotta give him some props for that promo. He finally showed some life.
Either way it's a win/win for both Enzo/Cass and WWE. Cass will go on on to squash Enzo and be hated. Enzo will go on to still sell tons of merchandise and get over with the fans.
