Lana made her Smackdown debut last week and already is being pushed to the top of the card. On Wrestling Observer Radio , Dave Meltzer spoke about why Lana is being pushed so fast up the card, and the reason is because WWE badly wants a very attractive female on the top of the card and to represent the division.

Ziggler, Paige, and Ambrose deserved it. Undertaker and Triple H are far superior to Corbin in every category.
I actually like Baron Corbin, but he's not ready for this main event push. He should've been leveling the mid-card just like LeBraun has been doing on RAW. He's been a product of bad booking since he's only feuded with Dolph Ziggler and midgets

watching Talking Smack now...would've rather seen someone else win the MITB but ehh...one thing i will say is at least they're not unnecessarily padding Corbin stats...Andre Battle Royal 2 years ago and now MITB...not a single title win or record broken in between.
