The only reason WWE PG work because it was riding off the coattails Ruthless era with a good hold on the paying majority... UFC got big. WWE started being really shytty and losing stars. Same product every week. We coming on almost year 10 of WWEPG with ratings close to bottoming out.

Oh I know breh lol. Question though, and maybe you or someone else can answer: Is this the longest period they've gone without a dramatic shift in the product?

It got Corbin to be in this Money In The Bank match.... it easily could have been Mojo or one of the New Day members or Luke Harper or Rusev in that spot but it went to Baron

He works well as a cheesy face for the little kids that don't know what the hell's going. Don't have to have too many serious characters. He's fun for getting a little kid into wrestling without the need for mic work and stories. He's a big good guy hero with positive energy and fun colors on his trunks. Sells itself.
