HBK is a bigger star than Regal, that alone would make him a better GM
Plus he's proven that he can do it, he was great as commissioner in the Attitude era.

Do you watch? Regal has been having trouble keeping everyone under control for weeks. Everyone is fighting, etc. Regal can't do much physically to stop it because of his neck and he's old.
Not saying HBK wouldn't make a good GM but with how they are doing things HBK is in the same boat as Regal, he's old and plus he looks like a 120 lbs crack head.
That's where the "muscle" comes in.
Basically, I'm just hoping Samoa Joe is either Co-GM or the new GM but I'm not getting my hopes up on that.

Could be. I haven't watched in a bit, I tend to check it out only when WALTER wrestles.
I've only seen Sid Scala doing GM stuff when I've watched. Johnny Saint might be getting too old.
It just makes sense for Shawn and Regal to flip roles, we'll see what happens
