I got Naito and Okada dropping the straps. What will be interesting is if KUSHIDA takes back the title against Takahashi
I don't have anything wrong with it. You get in to get out in this business. He needs to protect kayfabe more though. Wrestlers shoot themselves by breaking kayfabe. There's an opportunity to make more money if you protect it.
Conor McGregor protects kayfabe. Believe it or not, he does play a character.
Only a matter of time, only re-signed for one year and was talking about wanting to face AJ
I wanna know if Okada ever signed that five year deal
watching Okada point at the WM signI don't want to live in a world where the Rainmaker pose isn't followed by an epic kung fu movie zoom out, with Gedo like at ringside .
Watching Kevin Dunn try to do that shyt would be heartbreaking

Seems about right. After that WK debut, Cody really just seems meh on the roster. The thing that kills me about dude is that he had probably one of the best promos of all time:
I was expecting dude to go crazy in the Bullet Club. I mean putting on some believable matches and making me believe that he "The American Nightmare", but bleh.
Juice Robinson>>>>>
I appreciate Cody for making the successful transition from WWE to Indies and other companies, but he's really gotta stop wrestling like he's in WWE.

That's all dude knows since he was pretty much birthed by the company. No different from Nakamura having to dumb down his style because dude works stiff as hell due to the Gods Gedo and Jado-san. Still, Cody could easily be a threat to NJPW if he just be natural. When I think about "American Nightmare", I'm thinking him putting Omega on the shelf and dismantling The Bullet Club into a stable of his own likening. I mean shytting on American promotions since he's the "American Nightmare". Just an anti-"gaijin" that wants to make money and have a vanity issue...sort of like an "American Nightmare".
I really don't get the "nightmare" portion of his gimmick since dude been lukewarm so far in the company, but I believe Gedo and Jado-san will let the boy cook. So we shall see this Sunday..........morning.
It's just a play on the American Dream. Dustin used the American Nightmare as a heel in WCW and a few tours of Japan. It's literally nothing more than that.
