:salute:

im having a problem eatin a bunch of shyt cause im always on the go at work, walking miles a day and shyt.
I have that problem too. Gym or walking at work or both daily. You have to suck it up and eat more. There is no other option. You are going to burn a bunch of calories and if you keep making excuses not to eat you will be lifting and gaining nothing.

Find a way to eat more, period. Dont be scared to get fat. You will probably need at least 3000 calories just to maintain your weight. Eat more than that to gain.

Drinking a lot of milk might help you get good calories in

U need a couple of things but its kind of simple

Nutrition wise, figure out your maintenance calories and then figure out the macros you need to gain ~1lb/month.
1lb a month is turrible advice. A newbie lifter man under 30 can gain 2lb of lean muscle a month for about a year. 3/4lb a month should do it.

Im in the same boat...skinny and a hard gainer. Eat about 3 times a day though, bulky dinner. Right now im just doing body weight stuff. I dont want to gain weight as much as i just want to tone up and be strong. Currently working on being able to do 100 pushups in a row. Im at like 30-35 right now, but thats because i wasnt doing shyt for months. So its gonna be a few weeks before i reach that goal. Once i get back in school i'll resume strong lifts.
