500k a year job as a CEO but you live in the city or a lump sum payment of 25mil and you live on your own farm.

Who in their right mind would choose option B? With 25 million you can start a farm that’s not only sustainable but can also generate income. You’d be able to travel literally anywhere.

I'll take the farm as long as I can have my land in close proximity to a major city and I mean really close so I can still be in the city quick and be able to come home to peace.

I would always take the farm. Something about be able to have land the fills your entire view from the windows belong to you signifies freedom.
I've seen some people basically turn their farm into a tiny town. Which essentially makes them lords. Talking about a primary residence, several buildings for farm related stuff, A general store, Tiny 1 pump Gas Station, a couple guest cottages. shyt would be my own Shire,

A friend of mine has hosted concerts with Dave Chappelle at his farm. That would be dope af, woodstock was at someones farm too.

$500k a year ain’t shyt. Especially with the stresses that come with a CEO role.

$500k is post-bonus Sr. VP and non-CEO Csuite base salary money (at a small ass company).

Also, that $500k isn’t getting you far in any major city.

#2 all day. Live off the interest.

I'm all for correcting cats who swear 60-100k makes you a king but nah.

This is a dumb scenario bro bro.

The premise of these threads and all their are corny anyway. Like why not pick the 25 mill with the farm and just...move to the city whenever the feeling strikes you? Or have a second home in the city if you love the city so much?

25 mill you can fly out to anywhere in the world and go back to your secluded farm to recover if that's what you want. 25 million and free land...without having to work...or....a job.

:what:

Now if the scenario would be less ridiculous if it was 500k a year without the caveat of having to earn it.

Itd be more interesting if the scenario was you can leave your far for more than so many hours a day/month/year or your charged 500k a year and if your wealth hit zero you go to prison or something.
