I want to master next year
If you have high ceilings in your place, get a power tower.

decent one for beginner will run around a 100 including shipping

If you stay consistent and progress, you will be strong as an ox by this time next year


the tricks and all that stuff , and the strength required to do them comes after years

not into tricks,etc myself but I respect what it takes to be able to do them

The progession comes when your body adapts and you can do reps with ease.

To add size,you increase the resistance. You can do this by changing position of your body during the movement , usings resistance bands, heavy chains,or weight vests.


My genetics force me to do all these things to add size. People have different genetics.There was a dude in that bar world was was legit diesel from doing high amount of reps

These dudes do impressive work and have good physiques but I can't give my legs up. These guys have no legs. Maybe when I'm older and can't hold on to muscle

thats a fact tho. Luckily I actually like working my legs out. Full workouts also. One of the largest and important muscles in your body
