the tricks and all that stuff , and the strength required to do them comes after years
not into tricks,etc myself but I respect what it takes to be able to do them
The progession comes when your body adapts and you can do reps with ease.So this is about being strong rather than bigger? Cause that little dude at the end look pretty thing but was still putting in mad work with ease.

To add size,you increase the resistance. You can do this by changing position of your body during the movement , usings resistance bands, heavy chains,or weight vests.
My genetics force me to do all these things to add size. People have different genetics.There was a dude in that bar world was was legit diesel from doing high amount of reps
