He's not a boss in the context of hip hop. He sold 40M albums but could never manage or produce his own company like a Dre, Diddy, Jay Z, etc.

But Dre's only successful artists in that era were Em and 50. Joc was Diddy's biggest act at the time and Rocafella were all flops outside of Ye during this time.

You realize that wouldn't have included G unit clothing checks, tour money, record sales.

Also 1.5 million is worth a lot more then than it is now and a lot more than what you personally have.

Dre had Snoop, Eminem, 50 Cent, Kendrick etc.
Diddy has Biggie, 112, Lox, Mase etc.
Jay Z had Beans, Freeway, Dipset, etc.
50 Cent had Olivia, Hot Rod, Kidd Kidd :wow:
