That phone call was very suspect to me, he basically disassociates 69 from all gang/criminal activities and makes him look like just an innocent rapper who was only being used by the gang to make legit money. Not always from my understanding. Most of the time, they conceal names because they were unindicted. Maybe even moreso in this case, where the unnamed (Jim Jones) is a celebrity.

isnt it suspicious though that he isnt being indicted? If they have Jim Jones conspiring to hit (or rob) 69... why would they not bring him to trial?

Too many unknowns and too many moving parts for me to call anything, people are mentioned in indictments without being named as defendants all the time. They usually don't use a name, and either refer to them by title INTERIM CEO/ or initials C.H. to protect, in part, that person. Jim could very well be named in a future indictment, depending on a few factors. He also probably has time on his side, given that he hasn't been named yet, while people who were on the same intercepts he was, were. But, we don't know what else went on. Did Jim provide money to Mel Matrix or Ro? Did they conspire to purchase narcotics together? We don't know what the FBI and the US Attorneys Office knows. Could be that one convo is the only relevant mention of Jim in the entire ordeal.

What are you talking about. He didn’t paint it like he’s innocent he painted it like he wasn’t a real member of the set or a street dude which is fact. And he didn’t paint 69 as innocent which is why the convo was about getting him touched or at the least get his security touched to send a message

Do you dudes read or just take this dumb noggas title as gospel? 50 never said Jimmy was an informant. He posted an IG post trying to call Jimmy an informant, and 50 caption was "say it isn't true" like he didn't believe it.
