What you are not understanding is, for him to see any of that income stream from those unnamed LLC's he will have to FIRST give the money to his debtors. If he is dragged back to court and his debtors realize that he is funneling money from his LLC's without paying his debt, thats a fed charge. He is fukked. Either he broke, lying and committing perjury, or he has to pay up. He dont have alot of options here.
