Before ATL, it was Houston. Memphis and Miami until he really found that Toronto sound with Boi1nda. One of my fave solo songs by Drake is November 8th because of the June 25th interpolation. Versace remix gave Drake the ultimate face lift. But if you go to any Southern hood hole in the wall, you'll here more local southern artist or mainstream Southern artists more than you'll hear Drake or Kendrick. Neither one gonna get that much play at those spots. If they do play drake, it's usually on a feature riding on the back of a Southern artist. Pure HARCORE drake fans, who are fans of Drake himself(minus the wave he rides) are mostly the non-black ppl.
