That house was trash by the way unless you are a king or something. The realtor finessed cats like 50 coming straight outta the hood with a major bag. He didn’t tell him that you need to employ 10 people full time to take care of it forever. It’s not in one of the prime locations of CT and it’s too big. The “liquidity risk” is crazy for something like that.
