i respect what he says about distancing himself from thier "illegal" activities..

but Curtis was already involved at least from a business aspect...when they kept Suge off his azz during his west coast promotional run

KP from Southwest T's camp and Peter Loc (RIP) from Meech's side were holding him down

That BMF series will be epic! Can't wait!

Edit:I heard they were working on a Tariq spinoff for power but I don't want to see that.

i'm not holding my breath for it to tell ya the truth :russell:

i just honestly think it's gonna be a sensationalized piece of work centered around the rappers and flashiness associated with the crew

i actually found the court transcripts and dockets as well as personal interviews on and off record ive had with various BMF members way more fascinating

and im talking some larger than life shyt on the political as well as socio economic level :whoa:

alot of this shyt might not be appealing enough for the TV audience but it did certainly measure the cultural impact this crew had on the entertainment level and the streets from LA..to ST. Louis..and Detroit and ATL....just to name a few

and it wasn't just related to Meech.....

you had a BMF capo purcasing a 15,000 square foot warehouse just to stock his luxury cars to another BMF affiliate purchasing back his family's own land that had been taking over by a bank and throwing weekly parties on of it's nearby offshore island in South Carolina...

just a few of the crazy footnotes that occured during the BMF era which im pretty sure the series will not be able to cover dillgently ... :whew:

Lol, make a spinoff for a character nobody likes brehs. But yeah, that BMF shyt is gonna be next level.
That's what I was thinking, plus the kid who plays him can't act too well either imo.

It seems they were trying to build towards that too with him getting rebellious to his father but I don't think they should go that direction.

Plus if you peep the press release Courtney Kemp said Spinoffs with an s. Either way I don't want a Tariq spinoff lol.

I don't know breh, stay optimistic. Fifty is working to try and get it right and sure it may not get every detail down to a microscopic level but I expect an interesting story.

Also you interviewed a BMF member or two before? What was that experience like?

He should just make a show/movie about the Supreme Team, which, all things considered, is crazy, lol. We don't need a Kanan prequel/spinoff, just let Power be Power.
Never, you must have forgot he had beef with Preme. It was even a big deal Fif's son took a pic with Preme's son.
