i really wish rappers would stop talking on matters that clearly transcend their comprehension

they are sending a very dangerous message that its ok to take black lives because "usually when they stop us, there's a certain look or we're in a certain area, but erm i'm not saying profiling its alright but understand it from a cop's perspective"

the fukk is this nikka even saying? that makes it right for human rights and liberties to be taken? a kid was murdered with seemingly no justifiably reason for it. there shouldn't even be place to "look it from a cop's perspective" when discussing mike brown's or eric gardner's cases. then he proceeds to say "we need law enforcement", yes, every organized society needs law enforcing but understand that cops are public servants first and foremost, and they too should abide by the law, and they need the mental capacity and common sense to be able to overcome prejudices, not profile and not use unjustified deadly force. and when they fukk up, they should be held accountable. the cops that killed brown and gardner haven't even been charged. smh.

honestly anyone taking a similar approach to 50's to this is contributing to the mass genocide of black bodies that has been happening for eons.

Out here in my damn drawls
if you dont like what you see in the world, do something to change it.
But thats too much like work right?

He basically said these situations w/ the cops are more complex than how people make it...yet you still have a problem w/ that.

What's so complex about not murdering unarmed people and treating every demographic with the same amount of dignity? :dahell:

Jesus christ you a moron

he compared a raid on a project building with drug dealers

to a kid getting shot in the suburbs in the streets, sound like some fox news shyt

what does anything have to say have to do with Eric Gardner, getting chocked to death for no goddamn reason

50 scared of them honkeys, he ain't gonna get a G bone in his body

his homies were bringing up good points and he cut them off to say this c00n shyt

he can't even stand seeing anyone else get attention when he in he room, he gotta a lot of faq tendacies

I don't even agree with what he said. I was pointing out the irony that you agreed with him. Each post you bring up mike brown or Garner trying to connect it when he was trying to make a general statement.

We dont know exactly what happened.
And do you see rich black people getting hemmed up by the cops? its not necessarily all about race...class plays a big part in this.

But he wasnt even talking about Ferguson...he was talking about police interactions in general.

"mass genocide"...really breh?

The problem w/ these convo's is that people never want to acknowledge that both sides have good points.
A lot of yall want to act like there isnt a problem in the hood w/ how people respond to police...or recognize that cops are in a tough situation most of the time because they are the ones risking their lives...so yea, they are going to be edgy.

Im not saying the kid should have been killed...but at the same time none of us were there.
Ive seen videos of cops beating up white people on predominantly white msg boards...yet yall never post about that.

There is a lot of gray in these discussions that neither side want to acknowledge.

don't ever quote me again. you're an idiot. i saw you in this thread and you tried to take the racial factor out of the equation and covered it with "its not necessary ALL about race" , that is argumentation only a privileged, usually white person, or an entirely misinformed and misguided negro would come up with.

and yes it is genocide, it is the deliberate killing of a large group of people belonging to a particular ethnic group and has been going on for decades.

you don't systematically oppress a group and act surprised when their response to you isn't heartwarming, again, this is shyt only white people think, nonetheless understand that as a "public servant" the weight of the job and responsibility lies with you, i don't have to be "good" or "nice" to you so long as i'm abiding by the law, you being on the edge is not my responsibility nor weight to carry, me and my brothers should not pay for it with our lives because you're incapable of carrying out your job. Cops are not in a bad situation at all, they are protected and privileged individuals so much so the cops that killed gardner and brown are free men at the moment of me writing this post. Risking your life comes with the job, they know so when signing up, again, not my weight to carry.

I am a black man addressing something that concerns me and my community, I step outside, I am a target because of the way I look, my kids step out they are targets. Do you realize that by posting "yeah but white people get killed too and y'all never talk about that" you're implying that black people and white people are on the same level playing field when it comes to treatment by law enforcement institutions? do you realize how ridiculous that is? in which planet do you live in? granted i'm not saying its ok if it happens to white people but to even suggest that the issue is similar for both groups, the fukk?

there is no grey matter when people are targeted, harassed and murdered due to the way they look and/or where they live, by the people that are supposed to protect and serve them. cops should earn the trust of the public not the other way around, regardless of any other factor.

you a cac i don't even care about your melanin count i just know you a cac because your disposition and mentality reflects that of a cac, bunch of privileged fakkits not even acknowledging their privilege and always acting like "they're victims too". fukk outta here.
