#AA was originally an EP to set up his retail album in the fall.


he got overwhelming positive feedback frm the first few joints he put out so he decided to release it as a full retail album.( that independent freedom)

Naw. The problem is that 50 isn't half as clever as he thinks he is.

He thinks he's Euler+Gates+Lansky+MLK, so he's still pretty damn clever .

It's just that his music is not as good anymore, his brand is outdated, he somehow lost the sense of creating hits (which he might be top 10 of all times at) and he can't set trends.

So it might've been a hedge the fact that he released all his songs, just like going indie might've been an edge to his ego..He did 30k on the independent arm of Capitol and Virgin Records and he released all songs; i.e. he wasn't trying to sell records

Ive never seen an artist release each song of his album every week

seeing the 35k prediction its kinda dissapointing to see 50 fail like this

it seems like they stategized this album to get the most out of their investment

like the itune single sales and shyt like that

but apart of me think its a cop out.......so if he does fail he can say "i released every song to the public"

There's nothing he could have done to get himself out of the garden. This is 2014, you can't come outchea and rap like its 2002. NOt only is he not saying anything noteworthy on those records, there's no great feature on the album either

Dude's a crab mane. He wants to work with people so they could help him get his shine back. But I have no doubt he'd not think twice about shytting on them after he's poppin again.
