you live there or just visiting?

Was just visiting, but id reccomend living there if people have like a business project or are retired. Saw 2 black americans working in different callcenters so i guess it is possible-- though rare to see black people in coporate offices there. Black people have not lost the propoganda war there yet, like in mexico or el salvador for example, so it's a safe and strong regional economy to build in 1 day
