Ive Always Thought About Those Extreme Makeover Shows, And That The Cost Of Living In That New House Is Gonna Be An Issue
Sell The Damn House The Moment Those People Drive Away And Get Something Nice And Affordable

Exactly...I was watching one where dude had 5 boys and dad was unemployed. They built this big ass house, video games, tvs, computers.

I was like :why: this dude can't afford the shytty shack they live in let alone property taxes or an electric bill in this house. I would have contacted a realtor that week.

With those houses, I wonder how hard they are to sell, especially since they often build them in areas where the surrounding houses look like shyt. I know here in birmingham some people had a mansion built where their old house was and couldnt sell it because nobody wanted to live in the neighborhood and they eventually got eviction papers. I think they eventually got help from the city to keep the house.

The Oprah Car thing kinda pisses me off.

7,000 dollars???? WTF Oprah? :damn:

well it's no different than winning a car on the price is right per say. still gotta pay them taxes.

those old game shows were set up to rape ur pockets when they were giving you a bunch of goods and NOT cash when it came time to pay them taxes. :sadcam:

They did Extreme Home Makeover near me, and I never saw the episode or the house in real life, but I did see a news story about how the other people in the neighborhood were unhappy that their neighbors got a new house.

I'd be pissed at that Undercover Boss show more than anything. Them CEOs being throwing free money at some of them employees. Yep, I'd be a salty mufukka if I worked for one of them companies :pacspit:

If you want to lose weight, yeah you need more. But to maintain your weight 30 mins 3 times a week should be good.

These people do all that work then head straight for the cheese fries when the show ends.

nah 30 minutes 3 times a week is not enough to maintain if you have a bad metabolism. They gotta work at that shyt daily, like every morning before work get on that the treadmill, plus they gotta keep a healthy diet. Im not saying they gotta be up in the gym all the time, but definitely more than 30 minutes x3. If they was doing weight training that would be fine, but if they tryna burn calories they need to exercise daily.

well it's no different than winning a car on the price is right per say. still gotta pay them taxes.

I dont know about these other shows but Deal Or No Deal is tax free, I know that personally.
