I'm in awe that Sears' still standing.
Sears is not going anywhere. They will become smaller and adjust but parts of their business is doing very well. Tools, Equipment, Appliances, etc. I only buy stuff like that at Sears where I know I can get it fixed and warranty years later.
BTW. Read how Sears got started. A train shipped a load of watches to the wrong place. Amazing how these things happen. Best to be ready for "Your Moment". Never know when it might hit.

When solid state drives become common place and download speeds of halg a gig or better for 50 bucks a month become commonplace, digital delivery will be the way to go...
And if these old wigs were forward thinking, these major studio execs would bypass the theatres and send the movie straight to the customer via digital delivery....
But they will eventually have the same fate as record shops, except it will be a lot slower
