Quite simple really, Renee's a ring rat (Dean wasn't he first she was rumored to try to f_ck or been flirting with other dude's husbands and boyfriends in the WWE). When her and Dean started traveling together, she was dating a guy named Norm whom of which she was dating for a long period of time and got her started with the American entertainment and sports field and Dean didn't claim her for a long time because she was sloppy and Dean knew it could probably ruin his rep if he claimed her knowing she was still with her other dude. So she dropped her then boyfriend for Dean and then she was the first to claim their relationship. Funny how Ambrose still doesn't claim her publicly even though we all know they are dating.

Now that I think about it, it would wiser to leave Sasha out of the Becky/Emma & Dana feud. Becky would be facing them 2 on 1 and would have protection if she lost dirty. Dana & Emma would likely win the tag match if it happened with Becky taking the fall lowering Becky even further.
