All bullshyt aside. The way canelo ended that fight was raw as fukk. Billy joe started feeling himself and hyping up the crowd in the previous round. Then canelo broke his eye socket and started walking him down and hyping up the crowd to return the favor

......shyt was ruthless. reminded me of maidana humping on broner after AB did the same in the early rounds

The thing that I really marvel at with Canelo is how patient he is. Like, there’s no panic or hurry at all, even when he fought Kovalev I was like go, go, go! But, he was taking his time and when that one opportunity presented himself, he capitalized. He fought BJS like he knew he was going to catch him and he did. Just supreme confidence and patience. Even when he had him hurt he wasn’t going all out. It was basically, “lemme give you this fade, but there’s more rounds so I’m going to chill.”

Eddy Reinoso is a HUGE reason why Canelo is like that. He said it in the post fight interview, whatever Eddy tells him, Nelo does it. This fight Eddy was like "calm down, don't go for it yet" since round 1. He immediately saw BJS trying to lure Canelo to the ropes a couple of times in R1 and on the break Eddy told him "don't chase him there yet, he's gonna try to hit you with an uppercut, take your time, hit him on the shoulder, chest and body, you'll get your time". Canelo nodded and obliged in Round 2. Same happened between every round I was able to listen to Eddy in the broadcast. He's a great trainer, Nelo knows it and that why he's so damn confident
