Well you can still do shyt .While in pain... Kurt angle won a medal with a broken freaking .Neck... Adrenaline is a hell of a natural drug... Stone cold finished that match with Owen AMD triple H finished match with the quad injury... So it is realistic to fight through an injury to some degree
