If it does happen it’ll retroactively help prior blunders and lackluster surprises seem not as bad the prospect of Bryan showing up and the return of live fans has me interested in this and I haven’t watched any AEW shows since sometime after Revolution

Nah those blunders are still going to be just as bad as when they happened, it'll just be that TK finally followed through on a genuine surprise. For what it's worth Meltzer said that if Bryan was going to be there he would've personally flown there to see him, but then he said he's not going so that basically means DB isn't going to be there. Or maybe Meltzer is working the fans since he would kill himself before he spoiled an AEW surprise.

He might be free to show up in AEW, but DB showing up tonight would overshadow Christian's battle royal win.
