The four way was a really good match tho.
No it wasn't. They just did the same spots three times in a row.
The main event was even more ridiculous. Nick Jackson looked like the incredible hulk the way he was taking finishers and kicking out.

It's like Tony booked that finish thinking how to make you the most upset....and setting you up perfectly for when Ibushi arrives
You say that about every match though MookNo it wasn't. They just did the same spots three times in a row.

Way more fun that way
Not worth spending money on licensed music for a presserThis generic ass rock music playing before the scrum. Got damn AEW is a super indie with a big budget

I'm sure it was. Still don't care for who got pinned. The four way was a really good match tho.
There's literally nothing Wheeler Yuta could do to make me want to see him in a spot like that, even for fake bragging rights. TK pushing guys like him is part of what made me stop watching AEW a few months back. I just have no interest in him like that and probably never will.Yuta being the one to take the pin makes a lot of sense. It sets him up to get heat because he's a little shyt and everyone watching knows he only got it because of Takeshyta. He's the one guy the AEW fanbase would be upset at getting the W in that match and that's kinda the point because it's not a "fukk this company" kind of move. Plus it gives Yuta and the BCC fake bragging rights ("I pinned Kenny/Look how far we've taken Yuta"), all good outlets to get him some heat.
The fourway is whatever, not sure why you care about Darby eating the pin.
Yuta's push is heavily overstated. Dude loses every singles match worth a damn on AEW and has rightfully been booked as a midcard geek since joining the BCC (in AEW, not counting ROH). Tonight he didn't do shyt of note in the match besides taking advantage of the situation and getting the pinI'm sure it was. Still don't care for who got pinned.

As for Darby, dude has real potential and puts on for the company, then has to eat the pin when two perfectly mediocre dudes are right there to take the fall. Again, the type of booking that made me stop watching their programming.
I can accept that these finishes just aren't for me, though. Just stating my opinion.
