'escape' being a win condition for cage matches but the door being able to be opened at any time if requested is such a stupid thing we just accept about cage matches.

You shouldn't be able to win a cage match by... running from the cage match.
It also routinely leads to interference even though the cage's concept is supposed to specifically be to counter that.

They need to reboot the cage idea or just retire it. I could stand to see more of the Fight Pit or something more modern at this point. All these cage matches suck. The concept peaked when Perc did the moonsault off one in TNA and it's been mid literally ever since.
