Hell even Rosa got over on her with the lipstick. Toni then turned it into pure cinema with the promo of her career.

I don't know what they could do other than make Toni super heel and attacking girls and succeeding at putting them down.

Well their first interaction Serena was cutting a babyface promo playing to the crowd for support, and Toni tried a cheapshot and got karma. The thing is you can't win majority crowd favor going against Toni's gimmick. They have now pivoted into Serena as heel. Same happened with Purrazzo but they just kept it face/face and really had no heat.

They need to just have Toni full face and only face heels, not try to keep bringing babyfaces against to see if someone can gain traction.
