This and the fact that majority of the roster doesn't have any type of backstory. Imagine if Starrcade 83 opened up with Dusty Rhodes and the Crocketts mentally blowing each other and patting each other on the backs. I mean make me get a feel of AEW beyond the "Elites". Who is this Luchasaurus? MJF is a badass but beyond the Youtube show, why should I care? I'm going into this shyt as a Lapsed Fan and so far, there's been wild flaws in a company that's popping wild shyt off at the WWE who can easily dead their slump if they can want to
I have to disagree with you on that. They've building people up on BTE and Road To Double Or Nothing for the last three months.
Half the people who are over with the crowd are over because of BTE.

. I'm more so talking about the casual fan that they are supposed to be going after. The core money is already in the bag, but the security is with people that want to tune in for 2 hours to see whats the big deal with this new company from the WWE.
