When I went for New Years the police blocked off all entrance into time square unless you had a reservation to a restaurant in time square so I expect the same thing but more security detection for weapons and things.

As someone from NYC and been to Times Square a million times, this would be awesome
There are plenty of open spaces in Times Square where they can fit a Boxing match. Most likely would have to do it block party style where they close off some streets. Also, I'm sure they would have watching parties in nearby buildings to watch the fight live
