I've really been looking forward to this fight. I think the fact that Adonis is an inactive 40 yr old makes this very interesting, because I have no idea what's going to happen.

At their best, I believe Adonis has shown to be a HOF caliber type of guy, while Jack has showed us to be a really good fighter that put the work in.

If Jack were to pull it off, I kind of think Ward would really take a look at coming out of retirement.

I was surprised that Jack looked noticeably bigger than him too

cosign, i don't know why i always think Stevenson is taller than he is. I guess his crazy reach allows him to "fight tall" despite being 5'11

I'm surprised there is not more criticism about Stevenson not pushing his career to that next level. Would have loved to see him tested against Kov or Ward

I do not know how Adonis has made that many defenses when he fights so infrequently. He relies on his powerful left hand but hope Jack can avoid it early and get into a battle of attrition with Stevenson.

Badou Jack's skill and workrate will give Adonis trouble and at his age that may lead to a loss for him.

I think Jack takes this one. He won't get stopped by an inactive 40 year old. Jack by decision for me.

If ward came out retirement I'm sure the bellew fight would be the more attractive fight for him

The way i see it, Kov and particularly Duva ducked Stevenson super hard after the first Pascal fight so i don't completely blame Stevenson for that match up not happening. I've been looking forward to this fight, can't wait :blessed:

Ward never won the linear title. It could be looked at as unfinished business.

I think Ward likes the idea of fighting at CW/HW, but going through the reality of it? I have high doubts.

I think a Jack win could entice him though.

Stevenson? I don’t think he ever liked the fight, just like I don’t think he liked the Bute fight. I don’t know if it’s a southpaw thing or what but only he could answer that.

Ward takes about 4 rounds to analyze you, and can get caught during that period. I see him beating Stevenson, but Stevenson could have without question have knocked him out.
