Everything in the 90s was weird up until 96 or 97. Paul knew what it would become but didn't have the money to make it happen. Eric also saw what it would become but invested in the wrong people. Took Vince 5 years to get it. Hogan was getting booed in 92, meaning it was time to transition but he didn't see it. People around him did but he didn't get it. Crazy how much things are still the same
