Not sure, in Scotland it comes with the kilt or you can buy it separate from kilt shops.

Any kilt shops in the area? Failing that I'd order online. Macgregor and Macduff are good.

Also look up the blade carrying laws where you are, because where I live you can't carry one unless you're actually wearing your kilt.
