That might be the 2016 Draft

That appears to be it. I believe it was called the "WWE Draft Center" on WWE Network. I am almost certain they ran a simulcast on WWE Network as SD! was airing and then the later rounds of the draft were on there also after SD! got over.

Anyway it was pretty dope and the only time I felt it was like a real draft.

Technically it's a reset so there isn't any superstars on any show before they get drafted.
