For instance, the RAW women's division is mostly trash. The SDL tag division is non-existent. Just unify them shyts. You can keep two midcard titles.

Unify the World Titles too, makes no sense to have two when there’s no brand split, it was stupid to have two World Titles from 2011-2013, after Mark Henry & Daniel Bryan won it, the title became washed.
