SHUT YO MONKEY A$$ UP....YOU BROKE TOO....

cause i don't know of any club that marks up a bottle of CIROC to 450 dollars...that's more than a bottle of Cristal Champaigne....

Dog, honestly that's how most upscale clubs price bottles. Goose, Belve, Ciroc run from 450-600. Las Vegas clubs, miami clubs, especially pool parties that price is standard. Hate it or love it :manny:

I can't believe I'm sitting here having to defend some dumb shyt like poppin bottles, but many of you just don't get it.

No person in their right mind thinks buying something for $500 when you can buy it for $50 elsewhere is a good business decision. That's not why you do it.

Just speaking from personal experience, this is usually how it's gone every time I've done bottle service. Which is only really been in Vegas, Miami, and Atlanta...

You got a group of dudes, let's say 8 all going out for someone's birthday. If you go to Liv, or Marquee, or Hakkasan, etc. they're not letting 8 guys through that door without any girls. You might have to have 20 girls with you if you want to get in, because they have a ratio to maintain. So you have no choice but to get a table with a minimum spending limit if you want to get into the club. You have no other option.

It's usually 4-5 people to a bottle, so let's say you get 2 bottles and the total after tax and tip comes out to $1,000.

That's $125 a person.

Now keep in mind, when you buy bottles, you don't have to pay cover, which is usually at least $50 at one of those clubs I mentioned. So that's $50 you save. Also, a Grey Goose/Hennessey/Patron drink at the bar will run you around $18 before tip, so say an even $20. Keep in mind, you'll have to wait a good 10 minutes at the bar to get served too, when if you had a table, could've just made yourself a drink right there on the spot.

So assume you personally get 4 drinks out of those two bottles. That's $80 that you would have spent at the bar AND you would have had to pay cover just to get in, which is another $50, totalling $130. Plus you didn't have to wait in the long ass line to get in, you walked right in. And the hoes that WERE in line saw you walk right in, so when you see them inside, you have instant credibility with them (yea, it's dumb, but that's just how shyt works in the club).

So not only did getting bottles actually save you $5, but you had a table to post up at all night that served as a "home base" and had dimes floating through and chillin with you because they had a place to sit and you didn't have to chill by the bar or post up on the dance floor like a bunch of awkward heathens. And that's assuming you would have gotten in in the first place, most top notch clubs won't let a bunch of dudes in like that no matter what, you'll be standing out front all night.

Again, I'M NOT DEFENDING SPENDING THAT KIND OF MONEY IF YOU DON'T HAVE IT. But if you do, and you're gonna go out and have a good time anyway, explain to me how the above is a bad decision?

i mean i feel what some of the people are saying here. it's all about priorities i guess. if you're making a ton of money as a youngin then i can see how this happens - not that it's necessarily justifiable but it happens. just me personally when i'm dropping serious money anywhere i expect some fringe benefits. i mean 15K, the least they could do is have a chick underneath the table tickling my balls every once in a while

1) I'm not broke at all. Not rich by any means, but I do decently well for myself. Don't really see how popping bottles to enhance my night when I'm on vacation somewhere or for a special occasion makes me some kind of fake baller, but whatever.

2) Then you must frequent some weak ass clubs. A top tier club charges at least that much. Like I said, in Vegas the .75 of top shelf liquor was going for $400 and the 1.75 was $800 pretty much everywhere we went. That's just how it is. You're not paying for the bottle, you're paying for the experience.

It's a big world out there breh, venture outside your momma's crib long enough to experience it.

4-5 hours at a club? a table for 50 people? 3 hour wait line? nikka u clubbin in Instanbul or somethin?

stop frontin for the people breh, ur thread got ducktales all over it... u aint never bought tables

Hahahaha ohhhh shyt. I love talking to broke nikkas. I'll be posting pics when I get home. I take two trips a year my nikka. Just came home from San Diego and Vegas last week. Atlanta for New Years. Cruise last fall. Ireland. Germany. London. Australia in the fall. World Cup in brazil next year.

My company name is the runway boyz. 5 members. 115 countries combined. No need to lie about one word I said.

BUT since you wanna be a dikk. I said 50 people. And there was a range starting at 10 i believe. But that was FOR GAME. Or do you think he drank all that by hisself? When you buy a table you ain't sitting there alone. You usually have a group. So 5 guys is easy. What if everyone bringing a lady. 10 people. What if we picking up broads and inviting them back to the table? More people. What if some of your boys pop up in the club. More people.

3 hour wait? Ever been to Hollywood. Or miami liv on a Sunday. Vegas on a holiday. You might be standing out there all night. Single guys. Not dressed up enough. Not famous enough. You will wait in that line till you give up. As the bouncers let fine women and nikkas buying tables right in.

And how about standing out from you broke nikkas. Maybe the game don't wanna walk around the club interacting with you nikkas. Can you imagine him just chilling on the wall over by the DJ booth. Sending nikkas to go wait in line to go get each drink. Crowded up on the dance floor with anybody in the world being able to walk up and do or say whatever.

Y'all do realize buying bottles is not allowed without buying a table. They come as a package. Cause you're buying the privacy. The seats. The tables. The service. And the bottles being able to sit right there.

Step YOUR life up nikka. We ain't talking bout your hole in the wall club in dustyville. We talking 20-30 just to get in the door, hard bottoms only, 20 a drink, type upscale clubs.

I'm sitting here having Nobu conversations with McDonald's nikkas. "But it's both food, why you paying 50 dollars for your steak when a steak bagel costs 2.99"

Like I said, you can go to work in a Honda. Or you can go in lambo. Who's to say the lambo driver wasted his money as long as he had fun with it.

Now give me half a second. Im bout to come with that proof, brokey

Y'all acting surprised it cost that much. I ain't gonna front like I be popping bottles like that, but y'all ever even ordered drinks at a bar? shyt ain't cheap by any means. With that being said, I gotta co-sign homie who said get drunk at home then cop a couple brews at the bar. :salute: I rather cop a bottle of Ciroc at the liquor store for 10% of that price

I don't go to clubs unless we have a table. Standing in line at a crowded bar for a drink, is a blow. I'd rather pour my own shyt. Most spots got group deals on tables.

There are people in this world who spend 15Gz at a club, 2-3 times a week, EVERY WEEK. They have a lot of money, that's how they enjoy their money; it's not for everyone.

Some clubs, that's the only way to get in; you're not buying alcohol - you're renting real estate at the club. Pop a few bottles and you get a table in the VIP section instead of waiting in line to get into the club and then having to go to the bar for drinks (which are marked up just as much as the bottles are, do the math).

Is it a waste of money to 99% of the world? Yes. Is the motivation to do this mostly vanity? Yup. Some dudes do it just to impress other dudes, shyt is lame.

But some people just genuinely enjoy being the life of the party, popping bottles and letting their boys wild out, attract some bottle whores (you know them bytches who just come outta nowhere when they see those sparklers on the bottles leading them to the table). Get drunk, enjoy the music.

I know someone who dropped 15Gz (20 bottles of Cristal) at 6am at a club on a Saturday (so I guess it was Sunday morning) without hesitation; it was F1 weekend. He didn't blink an eye, that wasn't his first round of bottles that night.

How did Hakkasan in Las Vegas even come to existence? Some rich billionaire Arab didn't get his normal table at some club in Vegas (yup, these 10-15K tables are booked out on big weekends, people are fighting to spend this type of money), so he decided to spend hundreds of millions to open his own club, Hakkasan Las Vegas.

So his father lost a million and they gave him a $40,000 tab at a night club? In reality it was probably worth about $100-200 bucks then, so the Casino lost nothing :pachaha:.

Yup, of course the casino lost nothing. They never lose. Casinos pick up tabs at their nightclubs all the time, it's part of their system to get gamblers to play more and lose more. I'm not saying it's worth losing millions of dollars to get free dinners, hotel stays, and nights out at the club - I'm just saying it happens and that's how some of these huge club bills get paid in Vegas.

:ohhh:
Leave you folks basement and you'll learn that it cost to play. Ill be in Vegas for the 4th and Ive already been in contact with a host at Tao beach about getting a cabana. $1k min (2 bottles), but split amongst 9 of us it aint that bad. Like homie was saying in the previous posts, you're spending $30-$50 to get in already so that's $300-$500 spent already. Not to mention, any top knotch club in Vegas is charging $20 for a ciroc drink. Hell, if you get 3-4 drinks per bottle youve already broke even.

Then there's the bottle bops and hoes that wanna fukk with the nigg.as that they think are ballin. I'll play that role if it means that I'm leaving with some slim trim, thats one of the main reasons that Im at the club in the 1st place. Instead of posted up at the busy bar or holdin the wall, I got my own couch/area to pull the hoes and spit game without any thirsty hatin ass nikkas eavesdropping. If you got the means, buying bottles in major cities at the popping club makes alotta sense.

my god... this just broke down what everyone was trying to say the whole entire time... i think the problem is........ and even i suffer this... nikkas can't find 5-6-7 other nikkas, willing to spend that

i see my boys in new jordans all the time.. fresh new gear... what's the markup on how much it costs to make that, versus what they cost????

but when it comes to traveling and doing shyt, "oh i ain't trying to spend that, lets go get a bottle of absolute and drink it in the parking lot" "oh i can't fly to vegas, but i'll be outside at 4 am when they release those 1's"

shyt ain't that expensive at all.. and the perks of having a table with just your people to wild out, not wait on drinks, not crawl through the crowd, not fight for a spot at the bar, not fight to go talk to a broad cause they coming to you... it all goes into what you wanna do with your money

but for whoever McBroke was earlier... i still posted the pics anyway.. you can split them up how you like.. that's just jamaica, the bahamas, miami (table next to fat joe), vegas and cancun... but hey.. we never buy bottles

you can ask the 40/40 about us from when we all lived in jerz... nikkas spend 2500 in the club.. my man got so drunk he walking around spilling the bottle all on the floor.. we get kicked out cause of that and all those 7'14" nikkas surround us outside while my boy STILL talking shyt about his 2500 he spent... they was all shocked cause he was going so hard, over 2500... in other words, that ain't shyt... nikkas spend 20k in a club every day B :umad:

every pic in there is us in the club, at a table, or walking around with a bottle or a "bottle" glass

yeah this nikka definately :umad:

and i got no problem with Game spendin $$ at the bar, my issue was your fabricated stories about "50 people", 3 hour wait lines, and other random shyt that is ductales, especially in Hollywood..... so keep clubbin in Australia my nikka, and keep them Certs up,

so i lied about a made up number range where i said, HE, as in game... could have anywhere from 10-50 people WITH HIM... and cause your dumb ass can't read, i'm a liar... got you

how many nikkas told you, YOU WON'T EVEN GET IN most clubs in upscale areas.. and if you do, if you got no women, you'll be the last one in... oh i'm sorry i don't show up at 915 for the free before 10 deal

and other random shyt... i've bought bottles... so random

i can tell by your responses YOU never bought no damn bottle in a club.. nor never been to a club that you couldn't get in with timbs and jordans on... and even in those clubs, nikkas is popping bottles

last time.... STEP YOUR LIFE UP...

oh and no certs... not even a "real" job.. look at the pics... see me getting interviewed for tv and radio then rocking the stage?? then the afterparty of about 20-30 people in vip with me popping bottles.... but that wasn't 50.. so yea.. ducktales :duck:
