This is just going to become more and more common. Women in their 30s and 40s trying to push back the clock will have no issues putting their life at risk for some cheap lipo & a BBL.
ABC did a special on plastic surgery, and a woman almost lost her life cause she had some funky toxins injected in her ass that started spreading, the doc told her he could remove it all but she would have no shape, but be 100% risk free of any poisoning, the woman said, "nah, leave a little back there, I need some booty shape" even after being told of the risk involved and the fact the doc may not be able to take it out again in the future.

The fact is a lot of these women in their 40s & 50s simply don't wanna sit their ass down somewhere.

Breh you would be amazed how often this happened or happens. Man the threads from "realself" and "make me heal" were filled with stories about similar situations the last decade.
So many american women died or got badly injured in DR and Tijuana cause some american doctor said no or that they would only remove so many CCs. But some DR or Tijuana doctor would say yes or remove the CCs that the person havong surgery wanted.
That is not counting how many women died cause they were trying to cross the border from Tijuana to San Diego cause they didn't want to stay in a Tijuana clinic (where their surgeon could watch over them) or stay at a recovery house post surgery so they could save 1k or 2K after spending 4K to 8K on surgery....
