I don't think people realize 40 Glocc's angle to get money out of The Game isn't that he got serious injured but rather his lawyer is arguing that his career is over so thats why he needs money So it doesn't matter if he said he beat him up. It's proving how much it ruined his career is what the settlement is based on If you really want to talk about L's he got beat up and he has a lawyer pointing out how irrelevant his career really was/is. His lawyer has to prove that he was a big artist and if he cannot, that settlement starts to drop fast.
