To all the visual people check this out. Found it on Reddit. They basically created a 3D model of the house and included all the info in the PC affidavit. This dude passed the 4th roommates room a minimum of 3 times.

Yea it's pretty bizarre to do a quadruple homicide for no reason out of nowhere. And then supposedly he walked past one of the surviving roommates as well. So why didn't he kill that one too...I'm thinking he's done other shyt. To start with a spree kill like this.. I don't get that. There'll be cold cases right now this weirdo is linked to

There's a reason and a connection, it just won't be revealed for awhile, there's some connection and there's some reason. Rage, resentment, entitlement, misogyny, are all traits, but there is an inciting incident, and there is a connection, or at least that's my guess. I wonder if he had been into the house before, to know which rooms, that would be really really hard to gather from a online tour.

Those cops got super lucky he left that sheath. It seems that he worked pretty hard to cover his trail so it had to be an accident. I bet he was shytting bricks when he realized that it was missing when he got home.
And that roommate hearing crying and seeing a masked man in their home then just shutting her door and not calling anyone until like 7 hours later is insane.
