I'm probably wrong, but didn't Cody own the copyright to All In? I wonder if he gave it up whenever he left. I remember reading Cody bought the rights to a lot of old WCW PPV name copyrights that weren't owned by WWE or they let lapse too.

Edit - I looked it up. Cody/Bucks gave the rights to ROH since they promoted it. Since TK bought ROH, he got the rights back.
