It's a good point, but I don't believe he really makes 240 walking around like that, he's maxed out and he's not tall either. That opponent is normal heavyweight height and he's only 240. Torres would need to jump to 240 at that height to be able to match heavyweights, that's to match, not to compete.

He's too small for heavyweight, and doesn't have elite attributes like an Usyk (or the PEDS at this stage) to control the ring / tempo.
He doesn't make 240, he probably walks around like that to get in the ring 230. At that heavyweight size 10 pounds of weight loss is just simple conditioning, guys with bigger frames like Guido is probably more.

There's no guarantee that whatever gifts/tools he does have will be there after burning himself down 30-40 pounds...and I think the behemoth HW wave is in a decline anyway.

Can't agree, small heavyweights can work if you nice with it or got devastating power. He isn't nice enough with it, nor does he have the power. That's the nuts and bolts of this, nothing more, nothing less.

Can't agree with what? The upcoming crop of heavyweights are not the 260 monsters we've gotten accustomed to.

Dude is too big to healthily make 200 pounds. Nothing more, nothing less.
