Dude clearly has charisma, just doesn't translate to RAW for some reason

because when he speaks it doesnt come off as genuine. Its almost like WWE are trying to make him "cool" the way old white guys think "cool" should be rather than let him be him

when he was the quiet enforcer of the shield noone hated him..once the E "creative" really touched him..it went down hill
